DICHAS PRUEBAS INCLUYEN: \n¿\tTIPAJE DE ABO Y RH EN DONANTE Y RECEPTOR\n¿\tPRUEBAS CRUZADAS DE COMPATIBILIDAD MAYOR Y MENOR.\n¿\tINTERPRETACIÓN DE LAS PRUEBAS DE COMPATIBILIDAD\n¿\t**RASTREO DE ANTICUERPOS ERITROCITARIOS IRREGULARES\n¿\t**IDENTIFICAR LOS ANTICUERPOS QUE CAUSAN HEMÓLISIS Y ALTO RIESGO EN UNA TRANSFUSIÓN\n**NOTA: ESTAS PRUEBAS SOLO SE REALIZAN EN PACIENTES QUE PRESENTEN REACCIÓN ADVERSA A LA TRANSFUSIÓN; SIEMPRE Y CUANDO SE CUENTE CON EL REACTIVO PARA SU REALIZACIÓN. \n\nB.\tSERVICIOS DE TRANSFUSIÓN \n\nLA TRANSFUSIÓN DE LOS DIFERENTES HEMOCOMPONENTES QUE REQUIERA EL PACIENTE SEGÚN LO QUE INDIQUE EL MÉDICO TRATANTE A TRAVÉS DE UNA SOLICITUD DE TRANSFUSIÓN SANGUÍNEA CORRECTAMENTE LLENADA, EN DONDE INDICA EL TIPO Y CANTIDAD DE HEMOCOMPONENTES A APLICAR; ESTÁ A CARGO DEL PERSONAL DE ENFERMERÍA, QUIENES DEBERÁN ESTAR DEBIDAMENTE CAPACITADOS PARA ELLO. EL SUMINISTRO DE HEMOCOMPONENTES PARA SU APLICACIÓN ES REQUERIDA POR VARIOS DEPARTAMENTOS DENTRO DEL HRAEV IMSS-BIENESTAR, POR MENCIONAR:\n\n\n\n\n1.\tURGENCIAS\n2.\tHEMODIÁLISIS\n3.\tONCOLOGÍA\n4.\tMEDICINA TRANSFUSIONAL \n5.\tUCIA\n6.\tUC INTERMEDIOS\n7.\tUCIN\n8.\tUCIP\n9.\tQUIRÓFANO\n10.\tHOSPITALIZACIÓN ADULTO\n11.\tGINECOLOGÍA\n12.\tPREESCOLARES\n13.\tONCOPEDIATRÍA\n\nEL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA LAS 24 HORAS DEL DÍA LOS 7 DÍAS DE LA SEMANA, ACATANDO LOS TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA QUE DEMANDE EL MÉDICO EN LA SOLICITUD DE TRANSFUSIÓN SANGUÍNEA, SIEMPRE Y CUANDO SE CUENTE CON LOS HEMOCOMPONENTES DISPONIBLES.",
