En la fachada principal del conjunto se presenta la ausencia del campanario y las fracturas múltiples de la torre de reloj, por otra parte en el interior de la nave se registra la ausencia de la bóveda de pañuelo en el área del presbiterio. Por otra parte los contrafuertes perimetrales del conjunto colapsaron y se presentan severos daños en los paramentos oriente y sur del convento, por lo que mediante el estudio estructural del edificio se observo que adicionar contrafuertes en estos espacios puede mejorar el desempeño estructural del inmueble.
