EL OBJETIVO ES GARANTIZAR QUE TODOS LOS EMPLEADOS CUENTEN CON EL EQUIPO NECESARIO PARA REALIZAR SUS TAREAS DIARIAS Y OFRECER SERVICIOS A LOS BENEFICIARIOS DE LAS BECAS EN TODO EL PAÍS. SE REQUIERE QUE LA CONTRATACIÓN INCLUYA LO SIGUIENTE: INSTALACIÓN DE EQUIPOS MULTIFUNCIONALES PERFIL \"J\", INSTALACIÓN DE IMPRESORAS A COLOR PERFIL \"D\", IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA MESA DE SERVICIO QUE GESTIONE LA ATENCIÓN DE INCIDENCIAS TÉCNICAS, PROVISIÓN Y SOPORTE TÉCNICO EN SITIO CON TIEMPOS DE RESPUESTA DEFINIDOS POR LOS SLA.",
