EN ESE TENOR, SE HA DETERMINADO QUE EN LAS CITADAS ACTIVIDADES DE PROMOCIÓN DE CONTRALORÍA SOCIAL SE INCORPOREN LAS ACCIONES DE CAPACITACIÓN A LOS COMITÉS DE CONTRALORÍA SOCIAL EN LAS QUE SE DIFUNDA EL FORTALECIMIENTO DE VALORES Y CULTURA PARA GARANTIZAR LA SEGURIDAD Y SALUD DE LAS PERSONAS QUE PARTICIPAN EN LAS ACTIVIDADES DE VIGILANCIA, INSPECCIÓN Y SUPERVISIÓN DE OBRAS PÚBLICAS, YA QUE CON ESAS MEDIDAS NO SOLO SE PREVIENEN ACCIDENTES Y LESIONES, SINO QUE TAMBIÉN SE CONTRIBUYE A CREAR UN AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO MÁS SEGURO Y EFICIENTE, PARA LO CUAL SE HA DETERMINADO INDISPENSABLE PROPORCIONAR CHALECOS Y SOMBREROS A LOS INTEGRANTES DE LOS COMITÉS DE CONTRALORÍA SOCIAL, A FIN DE GARANTIZAR SU ADECUADA IDENTIFICACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD DURANTE LA REALIZACIÓN DE DICHAS ACTIVIDADES. ASIMISMO, NO SE OMITE SEÑALAR QUE LA ENTREGA DE DICHOS EQUIPOS A LOS COMITÉS DE CONTRALORÍA SOCIAL DE LOS DIFERENTES MUNICIPIOS Y LOCALIDADES, SE REALIZARÁ CON RESPALDO DOCUMENTAL CONSISTENTE EN LISTAS DE ASISTENCIA A LAS CAPACITACIONES, CÉDULAS DE CAPACITACIÓN A NOMBRE DEL BENEFICIARIO MIEMBRO DEL COMITÉ, EVIDENCIAS FOTOGRÁFICAS Y RECIBOS."
